Digital Terms and Conditions & Participation Agreement
Please read the Terms and Conditions below carefully before proceeding. By proceeding, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
- Introduction
By registering as a Sanuka Kijanja Member and/or participating in any Sanuka Kijanja Mchezo Challenge (“Challenge”), you (“Member” or “You”) acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and Sanuka Kijanja (“We”, “Our”, or “The Organization”).
- Savings Account & Money Handling Disclaimer
2.1. All savings made for the Mchezo Challenge will be deposited into your personal account created with Sanuka Kijanja’s official partner bank, specifically for the purpose of fulfilling your dream through the Challenge.
2.2. Sanuka Kijanja does not collect, hold, or have access to your funds.
2.3. All matters relating to savings — including deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries, or account disputes — are to be handled exclusively through the partner bank in accordance with its own banking terms and conditions.
2.4. By joining the Challenge, you agree to open or designate such an account and maintain it solely for the intended purpose of the Challenge.
- Code of Conduct
3.1. Members agree to maintain discipline, integrity, and consistency during the Challenge period.
3.2. Any act of dishonesty, misconduct, or sabotage may lead to disqualification without notice and without refund.
- Agreement Overview
By registering for the Sanuka Kijanja programs and Mchezo Challenge, you (“Member” or “You”) acknowledge and agree that:
- You are entering into a binding contract with Sanuka Kijanja.
- Your participation is voluntary but legally enforceable.
- All terms herein govern your involvement, payments, obligations, and rights.
- Eligibility and Challenge Commitment
- You confirm that you are 18 years or older with legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
- You agree to participate in interested program and if interested in Mchezo Challenge you complete the full Challenge your dream selection as described, without interruptions unless approved by Sanuka Kijanja.
- Payment & Refund Policy
- All payments are made to the bank partner provided for the intended Challenge/Dream therefore are non-refundable unless due to death or approved 75% refund as per Section 5.
- If you quit, fail to finish, or change your mind, your Refund Exception: Only 75% of your payment may be returned if you formally withdraw in writing and receive Sanuka Kijanja approval.
- Withdrawal Clause
- Approved withdrawals are subject to a 25% withdraw penalty — only 75% may be refunded.
- Death Exception Clause
- In the event of the participant’s death, full refund shall be granted to the next of kin upon official documentation.
- Liability & Indemnity
- You agree to release and indemnify Sanuka Kijanja from any claim, injury, dissatisfaction, or outcome related to the Challenge.
- Sanuka Kijanja is not responsible for health issues, motivation loss, or peer disputes during the Challenge.
- Disqualification Rights
- Sanuka Kijanja reserves the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct, cheating, or breaking the rules, without refund.
- Binding Contract & Legal Standing
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
- By ticking the box below, you agree to these terms, and your action constitutes a digital signature under applicable laws.
- Confirmation & Acceptance
🔲 I have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the Sanuka Kijanja Mchezo Terms & Conditions. I understand that this acts as a legally binding contract.
